Dhiran is a Partner at BOS and manages the Leeds team. He assists clients with all aspects of commercial real estate and residential property, while also securing multi-site acquisitions and development refinance for a range of developers.

Having worked for large law firms in Leeds, Dhiran joined BOS in 2022 with a strong background and knowledge in his areas of expertise. Dhiran has established himself as an individual that is known to bring a pragmatic and personal touch to his work. He is also known to build strong working relationships with his clients, balancing his pragmatic approach with a level of personability and engagement with all clients. Dhiran’s strong working relationship with his clients is demonstrated through his high level of organisation, swiftly assisting and responding to all clients with their best interests at the centre of his work.

Dhiran’s work highlights include:
– Working with a high street lender concerning a £3 million facility to be secured over more than 20 properties.
– Acting for a developer in relation to a purchase of a site to build and sell 50 residential properties.
– Assisting a client purchase a commercial block comprising of 30 occupational leases.
– In a voluntary capacity, Dhiran is a mentor at Leeds Beckett University for Law students.

Upon achieving both a First Class in his LLB and completing the LPC from Leeds Beckett University, Dhiran has established strong relationships with some of the most senior property professionals in the Leeds legal market and has an excellent reputation for providing sound commercial advice.
